My oldest is 10 and youngest three. It really is wild how the first six months up to a year you really are seeing the world inside out. Questioning all the structures, relationships, cycles that we live with in ‘reality’. I remember returning to work with my first son and people saying ‘back to normal, back to reality’. But I felt such a strong sense that my maternity with my eyes wide open was actually my first time in reality as nature intended it. Thank you for reminding me- nearly a decade later. It is such a gift to experience the world inside out or experience for the first time as you are now. Not everyone can do that. Enjoy the weirdness.
Oh Lydia thank you so much for this note. It means so much to hear from people on the other side of this crazy canyon. Hopefully more can come—words or not xoxo
your words and not-words suck me in with equal fervor ❤️🔥 i held my breath for this entire stack without even realizing it
What is it for??????? It’s for ME !
